No. We are available year-round, every month, not just from January through April. Planning, questions, and check-ins continue all year because that is when most of the real work happens.

It is a short, no-pressure conversation. We learn how your business runs, look at your prior filings if you have them, and tell you honestly how we would help and what it would cost.

Yes. We handle the transition for you, request your records, and review the last few filings so nothing falls through the cracks. Most clients are surprised how smooth it is.

Every engagement starts with a written, flat scope. You approve the number before any work begins, so there are no surprise invoices and no billing by the minute.

We focus on small business and the service trades, from solo operators to teams of fifty. We know the margins, the seasonality, and the headaches that come with the territory.

We do. Many of our clients have us manage both, so the two stay coordinated and nothing gets double-counted or missed between them.
